For families entitled to WINZ subsidy please ask Supervisors for forms to complete.

Please note:

• Fees and optional charges are to be paid for 46 weeks of the year that Little School is open; regardless of illness, family holiday, statutory holidays and teacher only days.
• Statements will be issued periodically or as requested.
• All rates include GST.
• Fees are to be paid one month in advance, by automatic payment. Cash or cheque payments are required at the beginning of each term.
• WINZ Childcare subsidy forms are available if applicable to your family. Please note that you are unable to claim WINZ support for the same hours that you are claiming for 20 ECE hours. WINZ Childcare subsidy will not cover optional charges.

Please check your invoices when they are issued, to ensure that you are being charged for the correct times and at the correct rates.

Please note that if you change your session times then you will need to adjust your AP.

If any fee remains unpaid your child's enrolment may be forfeited.  Families will be liable for collection costs incurred by Little School for unpaid accounts.

One months notice is required if your child is leaving Little School and must be given in writing. This notice does not include holiday periods.  This notice is also required for children that have accepted a future place at Little School.

A late fee of $10 per 15 minutes will be charged for late collection of your child.

A $40 stationery fee is required at the beginning of each year or upon your child's enrolment.

A non-refundable $50 enrolment fee is required to process your child's preliminary application.

Once you have been notified and accepted a place at Little School, you will be required to pay four weeks fees in advance, to secure your place. If you should withdraw your child four weeks prior to their agreed start date, this amount will not be refunded.
